Common Returns Questions

Is it easy to return or exchange items?

After initiating your order info, you will be given a choice to exchange or refund your items. If the exchange option is not available it is due to no stock on this item. 

Once your return/exchange is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.

We will cover the charges or shipping and handling on your first domestic return. In the case that another return is made, shipping charges will apply.

We are not responsible for customer returns that are lost in transit or damaged when received.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your refund typically within 48 hours.

What items are returnable?

Items purchased in the last 30 days excluding original shipping charges.

Returns will ONLY be accepted if the item is unworn, unwashed, contains original tags, and hygienic liner for all swimwear. All items must be returned in their original condition.

We cannot accept returns from outside retailers, only orders that were purchased from our store. We reserve the right to deny any returns on items that are not in their original condition.

What items are non-refundable?

Items marked as sale.

All the Home and Personal Care Products.

International orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
